For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for earring styles.
Personalised jewellery cannot be returned as it is custom made to you, unless product is faulty please contact us for replacement only on the same jewellery ordered.

28 days from date of purchase outside of Australia.
Returned items meeting return policy criteria will be issued a store credit to the value of the returned item.
A store credit cannot be used to cover shipping costs.
Refunds will only be issued in the unlikely event that an item has been assessed and shown to be faulty.
Rejuvenate Health Beauty reserves the right to not issue a refund if the item returned is not shown to be faulty.
Rejuvenate Health Beauty inspects each item and packages it with love prior to it being shipped to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that appears faulty, or is not as described when purchased please contact our team as soon as possible so we can assist you. All faulty items must be returned within 14 days for orders received within Australia or 28 days for orders received outside of Australia. It is the customers responsibility to inspect their items for any faults prior to this time frame lapsing.
Please note following for returns:
- We DO NOT ACCEPT returns on pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the Rejuvenate Health Beauty pouch or box provided.
- All returns require authorisation and a return form. (Please contact us)
- Rejuvenate Health Beauty does not offer free returns for ring size exchanges, change of mind returns or repairs.
